MSc. Psychology

I am a psychologist who specialises in stress, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as relationship difficulties. 

My objective is to accompany you during moments of difficulty or transitional phases, to improve your mental health and quality of life. I will be actively listening to your worries and hopes, problems and goals, in a protected and confidential space.

It’s all about you, finding a way to reconnect with your true self, your significant others, and your environment, giving you a space to rediscover your strengths and find your happy dimension: something that lasts over time, and does not end in an instant.

As a client who asks for help, your problems varies from indecision in choosing a job, to a specific discomfort with a personal situation, from the need to be encouraged in view of a demanding test, to the sense of bewilderment produced by an existential crisis, or in the face of a major life change like moving to a new country.

With me, you are simply recognized the right to vulnerability in critical moments and existential passages. My service is offered precisely to facilitate these transitions in life with a view to improving the relationship with yourself and with your environment.

You are seeking help to live better and to learn to know and use tools that allow you to become more aware and responsible for your own life situations.

Looking at it from the point of view of the "glass half full, not half empty", even a moment of difficulty is transformed to an opportunity for transformation, growth and constructive change. 

It requires that you know how to assume a certain degree of responsibility, that you are able and willing to act personally to resolve the situation in which you find yourelf. To embark on a counseling journey, motivation must be high, it implies an active and conscious choice.
